Thank you so much to Roland and the Floors of Distinction team who have been professional and helpful throughout our dealings with them.  We have completely renovated our house and Roland was unfazed when I had to change dates and times of fittings due to other building complications and did whatever he could to fit in with us. We are so thrilled with the new floor in our sitting room that we can hardly bear to move the furniture back in. Rob did a wonderful job – he is an artist and a perfectionist, and it shows. We have had the skirting painted now (to say it once again, you were absolutely right, and our decorator (who works all over Beaconsfield) said “I’ve seen a few floors, but none as good as this”. I just want to say again, how thrilled I am that you were able to “truly deliver” what I needed, when I needed it.  Sometimes I get a little fed up with the “ sorry m"am, we’ can’t do that”  attitude that seems to prevail in the certain areas... Definitely not the case with you and Martin and the Team at Floors of Distinction. I will continue to sing your praises from the rooftops as you have that much-longed-for “good old fashioned values” that everyone talks about in marketing campaigns but is rarely seen. Martin and Phil could not be more helpful and professional. We have used them for our beautiful wood floors as well as carpet. They do what everyone wants when faced with renovations: they offer great choice at varying budgets, they further offer reasonable delivery and installation dates and are flexible when other suppliers mess up and put us in disarray!
