Right:
This floor was extended with reclaimed Douglas Fir blocks to match
existing. The subfloor was prepared with latex and the blocks were
set in black bitumastic adhesive. The floor was then sanded and
finished with three coats of Bona
Kemi seal.
Bottom Left: Domestic lounge and kitchen. 20mm x 180 mm French Oak
secret nailed to timber base. Natural Oil finish. Character grade.
Bottom Right: Domestic lounge. Existing floor was prepared with
latex. 230 mm x 70 mm Merbau block wood floor was laid in herringbone
fashion with two line border. Wide Merbau strip was used to finish
detail to step. The floor was then sanded and three coats of Bona
Kemi seal applied.
